DICE LA Camo Guide – All Switch Locations And Morse Code Decoder

There are two parts to the DICE LA Camo unlock!

1. Join #1 Tiger’s Dice LA Camo (Unranked) server and solve a puzzle then decode Morse code in light.

2. Join #2 Tiger’s Dice LA Camo (Ranked) server and enter the unique code you received from the Morse code into a water tower near A flag.

The North Western Light Is Light #1

Setup

Spawn in as recon and take a heli and fly to “H” flag or Temple

(Note the default lights lanterns already turned on before any other switches are toggled and plug these into the calculator.)

Enter these default lights into the initial states field in solver

Then looking East from northwest corner, Count The Lanterns That Are Lit (Going Clockwise)

Switch #1

Switch #1 On The Roof Of “Bravo” (Shrine) middle tier

Fly to the shrine (Pagoda) and activate the switch.

Fly back to Temple and record the lanterns that are lit into the calculator app. Then turn off Pagoda switch and go back to temple to verity initial lights are on.

Note: you can use MAV or EOD bot to look at the lanterns instead of flying back to the Temple. You could also leave a beacon at the buttons and type !km to suicide and bounce back and forth to the temple if you take the Temple flag.

Switch #2

Switch #2 Is Hidden In A Dead Tree Between “Alpha” And “Bravo” half way up the mountain

Fly to the tree switch and blow up the dead tree on the rock . Turn on the tree button and fly back to temple and note which lanterns are on. log this data into the lantern solver program. Fly back to the tree and turn it off then fly back to  “Temple” to verify the lights are default lights.

Switch #3

Switch #3 Is Located At “Charlie” Flag Behind The Furnace
Note The House With The Furnace With The Missle Launcher Outside

Fly to furnace switch at “Charlie” flag east below the upper road and activate the switch. Fly back to Temple and record the lanterns that are lit into the calculator app. Then turn off furnace switch and go back to temple to verify initial lights are on.

Switch #4

Switch #4 Is Located at the east end of the piers

Fly to the “Golf” flag (Pier)  and activate the switch. Fly back to Temple and record the lanterns that are lit into the calculator app. Then turn off Pier switch and go back to temple to verity initial lights are on.

Switch #5

Switch #5 Is Located Underwater North OF The Waterfall

Fly to the Waterfall Switch North of the waterfall below streaked rock and active at the switch. Fly back to Temple and record the lanterns that are lit into the calculator app. Then turn off Waterfall switch and go back to temple to verity initial lights are on.

Switch #6

Switch #6 Is Located On “Echo” And Is On The Same Side As The Smoke Stack
The Small Boulder Near The Orange Tree In Front Keeps The Switch

Fly to the smoke stack on “Echo” and activate the switch. Fly back to Temple and record the lanterns that are lit into the calculator app.

Then turn off Boulder switch and go back to temple to verify initial lights are on.

Switch #7

Switch #7 Can Be Found On The South West at the “Temple”

After you toggle on the last switch, in this case, Temple, note all the lights/lanterns that are on and SOLVE for the solution BEFORE TURNING OFF THE LAST SWITCH. 

If the last switch is NOT part of the solution given to you by the program then you MUST TURN OFF the switch.

Note: After the last button is pressed the initial lanterns change it is normal just solve and press all buttons in the solution in any order, order does not matter.

ALL SWITCHES in the solution must be TOGGLED ON.

The BF4 Lantern Solver Example Solution

Once you have toggled on all the switches in the solution you will hear a positive beep and the keypad will appear on the wood pillar on the east side of the temple hallways across from the pillar with the skull on it.

Enter this code: 839 8080 00000

Enter the code correctly and you will hear a positive beep and the lantern will begin to flash morse code.

Within this morse code is your unique individual code to unlock your camo  WRITE IT DOWN.

Use Morse Decoder Pro PC app ( LOCATED HERE) to decode the morse message.

Open and place the Morse code decoder over the lantern and click on the Lantern to start to place the cross hairs on the blinking lantern the press start. (Takes 4 minutes to read the message with code at the end.

Take this code you received from the program and go to #2 Tiger’s Dice LA Camo (Ranked) server and stand or go prone on the west side of the water tower shaft for 2 mins and then press a button that appears at the base of the tower. Stand up after pressing the button and enter your code quickly. If you mess up you have to wait again for 2 mins before the switch appears. (Unless a second person is by the tower the button comes back sooner after you mess up then.)

Once you input the code correctly you will hear a positive beep and Neebs from Battlefield Friends will yell “PROMOTED!”
